Our story
We believe the best meals are the simplest ones.
We started with one question: why does a filling, nutritious, honest meal have to cost $12? A perfectly boiled potato with a pinch of sea salt is one of the most satisfying things you can eat. So we boil them fresh every morning, season them simply, and sell them for a dollar. That’s it. No gimmicks. No truffle oil. Just potatoes, done properly.

We boil every morning at 6am. Orders close at 10am. Your potatoes are ready by noon — pick up from our kitchen or get free delivery on orders over $5.
